Recommended use:
As a finishing coat on interior and exterior steel and woodwork in mild to moderately corrosive marine and industrial environments where light reflection is desired. Also to be used on moderately hot surfaces.

Main characteristics:
Fast air-drying transparent varnish, with outstanding outside durability. Very nice gloss and good gloss durability. Easy to process with air- as well as airless spray.

. Surface preparation:
New wood:
If necessary remove grease with thinner, sand till the surface is smooth and remove dust. Apply KPC 1803 PU/AK Varnish in a minimum of two layers, of which the first one should be diluted. In between the application of the two layers there is an option to light-sand the first layer.
Wood that is already treated:
Remove grease, sand till the surface is smooth and remove dust. Apply KPC 1803 PU/AK Varnish without thinner in two full layers.
