Recommended use:
As a rust preventive coating on blast cleaned steel in epoxy systems. Recommended as a primer or middle coating for long life protection of steel structures in severely corrosive environments such as marine vessels, off shore plants, fences, piping, high way bridges, exposed areas of chemical tanks and structural steel.


Main characteristics :
Very good adhesion on blast cleaned steel. Surface tolerant. Easily applicable by spray. Using the airless spray dry coat thicknessen up tp 200 micrn can be applied in a single coat. A smooth semi-gloss surface is obtained. Recoatable with epoxy and/or polyurethane coatings within 8 hours.

Surface preparation:
Blast cleaned steel to Swedish Standard Sa 2½ and surface roughness of 50 micron gives the best result. As a miniumium requirement the surface should be dry, clean and free from dust.
